*the next morning*

Xeros:*wakes up,and goes looking for food*

Soultail: *Sleeping in the morning light, completely exhausted from the long night watch*

Xeros:*finds a spring and bathes*ahhh.

Soultail: *Falls to her side and woke up with a startle* Huh? *Sits up right and yawns, stretching*

Xeros:*gets dressed and goes to find soultail*

Soultail: *Wakes Tenor up* Wake up, boy.

Tenor: *Gets up and yawns as he stretches and scratch the back of his ear*

Xeros:Hey,ma-am,good morning!

Soultail: *Stands up and pops her back* Good morning. *Uses some of the fresh water to splash her face in waking up*

Xeros:i found some food*takes out some vegetables*

Soultail: *Takes them* Thank you. *Pulls out a mini-dagger and starts peeling them into a patch of dead leaves* The wastes make a good helper for fertile soil to grow herbs or vital plants.

Xeros:useful,especially since im the only vegetarian vampire...ever.

Soultail: Wow, I never knew that. *Gives him a clean shaven carrot* Here.

Xeros:thanks*eats it whole*

Soultail: *Finishes with hers and looks at the surroundings* I guess we head north. *Points to the moss growing on the right side of the tree*

Xeros:alright,you lead the way.

Soultail: Right. *To Tenor* Follow your nose, boy.

Tenor: *Starts sniffing around the trail while they are walking on*

Xeros:but,do you remember anything about your family

Soultail: *Shrugs* Except for the knowledge of them being "eliminated," I really don't have any idea. *Mutters* Bloody emperor and his rules.*

Xeros:that must be horrible

Soultail: Yeah, it was, but I have to learn from the streets in fighting and archery before I got Tenor here as a pup.

Xeros:Thats nice

Soultail: *Nods*

Soultail: *Sees a fork in the road* Hmmm... Looks like a fork that we come across on.
